This group will assist participants to understand the reasons they have been drawn into relationships, by identifying maladaptive behaviours and patterns that keep them in a toxic relationship. Participants will also learn different strategies to gain confidence in themselves, feel empowered and in control of their life.

Do you feel happy in your current relationship? Do you feel happy with yourself?  Have you experienced any of the signs below?

*Feeling drained.
*Lack of trust.
*Negative Energy.
*Walking on eggshells.
*Feeling sad, angry or jealous.
*Overwhelmed by catastrophic thinking.
*Constant feels of guilt and shame.
*Lack of self-esteem.

If the answer is yes, you are probably in a toxic relationship. When was the last time you felt totally free and joy in a relationship?   You might feel you are in a constant battle not only with your partner but with yourself as well. You probably try so hard to leave the relationship or change your partner, but instead you feel lost and frustrated.  You are not alone!

In this group we will discuss how to read toxic relationship signs. You also will learn strategies to achieve happiness, as well as diverse coping techniques that will help you to walk away from an unhealthy relationship. You are beautiful, you deserve to be happy, and you are unique!

Session 1:  Dealing With Emotions
During this session you will be able to understand and identify, in a non-judgemental space, the emotions you are currently experiencing in your life. 


Session 2:  Looking at the Window: Knowing Yourself.
The main goal of this session is to help you to understand your own emotional process and you cope with your feelings.  

Session 3: Anger and Fear
Some of the most common emotions entrepreneurs experience is anger and fear.  Thus, at this session, you will learn tools to understand why these two emotions are important.

Session 4: Emotion Regulation Skills
You would learn to transform your feelings into something meaningful.

Session 5: Self- Compassion and Self Care.

The goal is to  help you to practice self-care and self-compassion as an entrepreneur (because burnout is real).  As Alisha Ramos said, “When you start your own business, the line between work and life can become very blurry—even nonexistent.
